ARRIVING IN GALAPAGOS

The airport on Baltra is the most frequently used of the two airports in the archipelago. There are several flights daily going to and from mainland Ecuador. Upon arrival all foreign visitors are required to pay a national park fee of $100 – cash only.

From the airport, bus and then ferry will take you to and across the South Channel and to the island of Santa Cruz.  At the pier both buses and taxis wait to take you to Puerto  Ayora or other destinations.

We can also arrange your transfer from the airport to the ANGERMEYER WATERFRONT INN.  This service can be booked along with your reservation or simply by sending us an e-mail.  See “ROOMS & RESERVATIONS” for more info.
